I purchased the one month trial offer and wanted to go to as many classes as I could fit into my schedule. The instructors have been so inviting and educational and all have such great energy! I am looking forward to pursuing my goals to build strength and balance with this group. :)

What to Expect in Class: A fun, Challenging, thoughtfully sequenced class available to beginners through modifications or advanced students through the fullest expression of the posture.  As a teacher and a student, music is very important to me and can really set the tone for a dynamic class.  I like to get to know my students individually so I can lead them through the best class for their practice!

Biggest Influences/Inspirations/ Styles: Baron Baptiste; Rachel Brathen; Seane Corn
 
If I'm losing balance in a pose, I stretch higher and God reaches down to steady me.  It works every time and not just in yoga.
