I purchased the one month trial offer and wanted to go to as many classes as I could fit into my schedule. The instructors have been so inviting and educational and all have such great energy! I am looking forward to pursuing my goals to build strength and balance with this group. :)

What to expect in class: A full body workout – head to toe – mixing it up with different equipment: free weights, bands and stability balls. Practice endurance, balance, and strength training in a fun and safe environment.
Biggest influences/styles/inspirations: Cathe Friedrich, Jillian Michaels and Jeff Cavalier; Everyday people who are just as passionate/dedicated about getting healthy and fit; Go-to style: HIIT, Strength Training, compounding exercises and Hypertrophy Training.
