I've been a client at Longevita for a couple of years now. I start my day with a Pilates Mat class or the Reformer and its one of the BEST things I have ever done for myself. Its the first exercise class that I can truly say I enjoy and look forward to. I appreciate the feedback the instructors offer to make sure you are getting the best possible benefit from each exercise--I'm not the most coordinated person so I need that! I feel really lucky to have found Longevita right here in my hometown! I have benefited both physically and mentally!

What to Expect in Class: A very traditional style of Ashtanga-influenced hatha yoga. The emphasis will be breathing and helping you to not only improve strength, flexibility and balance but also to help de-stress and find inner peace in this fast paced, demanding world. Ommy aspires to teach and inspire others to blossom into their greatest selves – not only teaching, but also learning along the way with them.
Biggest Influences/Inspirations/Styles: Swami G, Kari Murphy, Melina Meza, family and so many other yogi masters from India; Ashtanga-inspired hatha and vinyasa as well as gentle, yin and restorative yoga.
Ommy is currently teaching Warm and Hot Yoga classes and is available for Private Sessions! She will also be leading a 200-hour YTT at Longevita in 2020!
