I stepped out of my comfort zone and took the Hot Core class with Alisha and oh my heck was it awesome. She is very inspirational and caring just loved her vibe can’t wait to take it again

What to Expect in Class: Positive affirmations; time to be connected with the body and breath; awareness of alignment and fills classes with ways to honor where your body and mind are on that day. All yoga classes end with a moment to reflect on gratitude. Due to her experience teaching privates and special populations she has a sharp eye for precision and knowledge to modify and adjust if chronic or acute pain or unique needs are present.
Biggest Influences/Inspirations/<wbr />Styles: Ayurveda, Pilates elder teacher Marie Jose Blom, Buddhist Meditation, Viniyoga, Pilates technique to challenge and strengthen, rehabilitation applications, yoga therapy, yoga healing, and finding the calm in our stressful, modern life.
Emily is currently teaching Pilates Reformer classes, as well as Yoga Fundamentals, Gentle Yoga, Restoratives, Prenatal yoga and Mother and Baby Postnatal yoga classes.
Emily also teaches Private Sessions.
