These guys get results I haven't seen anywhere else, which is what brought me in originally. I came in to rehab after tearing my meniscus and I can't imagined having rebuilt my body anywhere else. Besides the meniscus tear, 14 years of knee pain have been reversed and I'm able to workout and sprint pain free now. I worked with Brandon directly, and he not only put me through corrective and dynamic work to heal my body, he also taught me how to think at deeper levels about how my body works.

I majored in Exercise Science and have a list of accreditations and certifications that read like the alphabet. I’ve been in the fitness industry for over 25 years. You name it, I’ve likely done it.

If you’re like me, you are blown away by the before and after photos of Functional Patterns (FP) clients. Correcting scoliosis and lordosis where medical professionals insist can only be corrected by surgery. Craniums getting larger, mandibles becoming more prominent, spines getting decompressed, just to name a few medical “miracles”!

I have contributed to, witnessed, and seen a lot of transformations in my day but nothing like these changes. My curiosity was peaked. I started with a 10-week online course and have not stopped being completely blown away at the level of understanding FP brings to the biomechanics of the human body.

I have always been active, mostly hiking with my dog, doing home projects, and doing intramural sports in high school and college. I have always moved well and can be described as athletic, strong and quick. However, with two years of FP under my belt, I’ve noticed grace, more speed and improved athleticism along with way more connectivity in my entire body in a way I’ve never experienced before. I'll never forget playing pickleball only a few months into incorporating FP into my routine. At one point I connected so effortlessly and precisely with the ball it literally stopped me in my tracks. I felt supercharged!

I knew I couldn’t train my clients the way I had been - I was actually doing them a disservice. This is not to say that the industry as a whole is bad. If you are moving and feel good, then by all means keep doing what you’re doing. But if you want to fine-tune every square inch of your body, improve efficiency, structurally change the skeletal system and move as optimally as humanly possible, Functional Patterns is absolutely the standard.

The most exciting part is there is room for even more improvement and it's something
