I love pole dancing and training flexibility because it has taught me to appreciate what my body can do. Pole dancing serves as an outlet to express myself and I love how versatile it is. Flexibility training has taught me to listen to my body and the importance of breath. Both of these disciplines have helped me believe I can achieve anything as long as I show up and put in the work. I hope to share this message with my students.
