Our boxing fitness classes are designed to help you burn calories and relieve stress. In this class you will learn all the basic skills and training techniques real fighters use to get in top condition! Our instructors will take you through 60 minutes consisting of warm up exercises, basic foot work, bag work, medicine ball drills, abdominal workouts and more!
There is a lot of movement with this class. Wear tennis shoes with laces and whatever you're comfortable moving around in. We have wraps and gloves you can borrow for your class or feel free to bring your own if you have them.
