Today was my first day at BBB and when I tell you Adib was great, but had no mercy on me!! He made me feel welcome and that I can do it…. I have a few knee issues and was thinking this was not for me but he kept me pushing and encouraged me. Talked with me after class and let me know how to work through the knee problems. The class was great and everyone was so welcoming. Tomorrow here I come!! Oh can’t forget the owner who greeted me when I walked in and made it feel like home! I look forward to my body transformation @ BBB
