Steve Young has been involved in organized sports and fitness for over 40 years through both playing and coaching. He has participated in obstacle & adventure races including the Warrior Dash, Storm the Trent and Doomsday Dash. Steve would like to share his passion for physical fitness, healthy living and help motivate others. As a certified personal trainer, Steve believes in working hard and combining a variety of different exercises together to optimize sessions and keep the workouts fun!
