Good extra push this morning doing ladders! Love that everyday is a different workout, such a great variety to help keep pushing you with your fitness goals. Cardio, weights, boxing, barre, good way to keep your body challenged.

Brad

Brad is a certified USAT triathlon coach, a certified USAC cycling coach, a certified NCSF personal trainer, and an Indoor cycling instructor. His background involves a diverse array of physically challenging endeavors. From attending special programs while he served in the Navy to stumbling upon triathlon and other endurance sports. Brad has always had a continuous interest in health and fitness. 

Brad’s coaching career began four years ago when he held the position of Command Fitness Leader (Navy version of a Personal Trainer) in charge of coaching over two-dozen Sailors. After being honorably discharged from the Navy Brad followed his passion for health and fitness by instructing weekly spin classes and coaching endurance and military athletes to peak performance. 

Brad doesn’t just talk the talk but also walks the walk for he has qualified for triathlon nationals at three different distances (sprint, Olympic, and half-ironman). When Brad is not training athletes or training himself for triathlon, he spends his time writing fitness articles, reading, and playing with his dog Ellie.  

Brad Haag has over ten years of experience as a personal trainer. He started training with individuals one-on-one whiling serving in the Navy as a command fitness leader. He has continued his passion of helping others through functional fitness training methods and holistic nutrition recommendations. Although Brad is an accomplished endurance athlete himself, he actually specializes in training individuals new to working out or those that simply want to get in shape."

  • Bachelors Degree in Health Science

  • Certified Personal Trainer (NCSF)

  • Certified USA Triathlon Coach

  • Current Coach of Central Oregon Community College Running & Triathlon clubs

  • National Champion Sprint Duathlete (Run-Bike-Run)

  • World Champion Single Speed Mountain Biker
