Good extra push this morning doing ladders! Love that everyday is a different workout, such a great variety to help keep pushing you with your fitness goals. Cardio, weights, boxing, barre, good way to keep your body challenged.

Tammy has over 20 years of experience in the fitness industry working with a wide range of abilities: from the youth to professional athlete within a variety of sports - obstacle course racers and tactical athletes - rehabilitation - and the soon to be former couch potato. She has worked as a personal trainer, run coach, sport performance director, and corrective exercise specialist.
Tammy is a previous competitive amateur boxer, cross country runner, triathlete (2009 IM Worlds in Kona, HI), and is a current elite Spartan Obstacle Course Racer. She did not grow up as an athlete, and did not begin running until she...
