Good extra push this morning doing ladders! Love that everyday is a different workout, such a great variety to help keep pushing you with your fitness goals. Cardio, weights, boxing, barre, good way to keep your body challenged.

Tammy

Tammy has over 20 years of experience in the fitness industry working with a wide range of abilities: from the youth to professional athlete within a variety of sports - obstacle course racers and tactical athletes - rehabilitation - and the soon to be former couch potato. She has worked as a personal trainer, run coach, sport performance director, and corrective exercise specialist.

Tammy is a previous competitive amateur boxer, cross country runner, triathlete (2009 IM Worlds in Kona, HI), and is a current elite Spartan Obstacle Course Racer. She did not grow up as an athlete, and did not begin running until she was 26 years of age, two years before making the U of Alberta cross country team in 2002. In 2016, Tammy earned her coin to the Spartan Race World Championships and placed 10th female elite/2nd Master’s Elite in the Ultra Beast. In 2017, she placed 2nd Master’s Elite in the Montana Beast and earned her way to the Spartan Race Worlds again. 

Hailing from Victoria, BC, Tammy just moved here after spending 3 years in Tucson, AZ. Excited for the relocation to Bend, Tammy is looking forward to cross country skiing and hitting the trails. She also enjoys farm and dog sitting, and the excellent local beer!

Tammy is very passionate about helping others achieve success; whether it is feeling less pain, being fit for life, gaining confidence, or gaining that scholarship.
