“Rachel Crosbie is a Minnesota native who has called Bend home for over a decade. She is wife to Bryan and mama to two busy school-aged kiddos. She is a lover of all-things family, food, fitness, and fun!
Rachel has long had an interest in being active and helping others in their pursuit of recreation and fitness. She earned her Bachelor's Degree in Recreation Therapy and has worked with many age groups and ability levels, modifying activities, and facilitating inclusive environments for participants.
Rachel is a Certified Barre instructor through Barre Above and a Certified Mat Pilates instructor through Risdon Movement. As a student herself for many years, Rachel thrives on the mind body connection and core movements which work to improve functional mobility, balance, stability, and strength for day-to-day tasks. She desires to be help others feel strong, fit, and full of vitality.
When Rachel is not teaching classes you can find her adventuring outdoors or creating a cozy home indoors. She loves to cook (and eat and drink!), play games with her family, snuggle her dog, play volleyball with her kids, mountain bike, hike, camp, swim, kayak, and paddle board.”
