I tried my first Bikeorbar spinning class this morning. I’ve only done spinning twice ever before. Once was last week at another studio and the other time was nearly 10 years ago.  It was definitely a great workout, they definitely keep it interactive and entertaining. I absolutely love the ambiance in there. It’s dark, with really great beats as if you’re in a club.  It’s a great way to keep you going throughout class, it’s definitely my type of music and it makes exercising really fun! I’m super out of shape so I couldn’t really keep up with the class, I hope I can find something a little easier until I can build up more endurance for next time.

Twerk Booty Barre

Our Barre Technique is a fun, effective workout that will not waste your time. Focusing on proper postural alignment, isometric movements are used to fatigue muscle groups where women tend to struggle most- the arms, thighs, seat, and abdominals. Stretching is the ‘smart‘ ingredient to achieving the long, lean look of a dancer, and is added intermittently throughout the class. Our dynamic instructors enhance your experience with their strong backgrounds in either dance, Pilates, and fitness. Their expertise keep classes interesting, and clients challenged and motivated. In just 10 consistent classes, you will notice a change!
