H.O.P.E. Cardio Kickbox • $20.00

A 30- minute cardio workout like no other. No fancy choreography, no complicated moves! You don't even need rhythm. You will begin with an 8 -minute simple warm-up. You will then perform numerous cycles of cardio moves such as knee lifts, front kicks, step-ups, etc. for intervals of 20 seconds followed by 10 second rest. A 2-minute cool down will be refreshing after you just burned all those calories. Keep in mind this kind of training will raise your metabolic rate at rest. Yes! Burn more calories while you rest!
