He has spent his whole life developing a true passion for fitness, and he’s grateful to be able to share it with you. Fitness has always been an innate part of him, and his desire for helping others adopt a healthier lifestyle has become a great part of what drives him. He started playing sports before he can even remember, and began helping family and friends with their workout goals when he was in high school. Fast-forward into adulthood, and he has worked as a health fitness specialist intern, motivational coach, and a wellness coach helping anyone from the young to active adults on their wellness journeys. It takes small steps to help you get closer to your life goals, and he will be there every step of the way.
He’s intentionally worked to improve his physical, mental, and emotional well-being each day. Fitness isn't about living in the gym. Fitness is a lifestyle change. It is about taking small steps and learning to develop healthy habits to help you see your self-worth, and become an all around better version of yourself. What are your goals? What is your passion? Where do you see yourself this time next year? Just like with anything in life, in order to get better at it, it takes grit, accountability, and consistency.
