Kate started her Pilates teaching journey in 2017. Since then, she has developed a style of teaching that focuses on empathy and helping educate individuals of the benefits of movement. She is comprehensively certified and has received additional education on TRX sports medicine and rehab training, Trigger Point myofascial release, meditation and breathwork, Barre, and trauma informed movement. Originally from the southeast, Kate moved to Colorado in 2021 to begin her PhD program at CU Boulder and uses her Pilates background to take part in various Colorado outdoor activities such as hiking, biking, roller skating, and walking her dog Fitz!
