b.fab.fitness® has been rocking Middle Tennessee
since 2008 with its own trademarked style of dance cardio &
strength-training.  What started from one woman's passion for
helping others get fit while having FUN, has grown into an enormous
community of b.f.f.s who gather as much for the fellowship as they
do the workout. 
b.fab.funk® - our own
choreography of simple dance moves set to hip-hop, pop
and latin music.  A high-energy, epic good time that will
leave you soaked and smiling.  No experience is required, just
a desire to move and have fun!

b.fab.body - an ever-changing blend of
strength-training and stretching that will keep your body guessing
and your muscles popping.  The hour will fly by, but the
results will stay!  All you need is a mat and a body, we'll
provide the rest! 

yoga sculpt - this is not your
chance to relax!  Yoga Sculpt combines light weights,
yoga flows and high-intensity cardio bursts to boost metabolism and
sculpt lean muscle mass ...all while jammin' out to killer
tunes.
