Sarah is STOTT Pilates Certified on all equipment and mat, and has over 15 years of experience teaching movement. She was a dancer and dance teacher, and has a a great eye for form and deep knowledge of anatomy. After suffering some career ending dance injuries, Sarah turned to Pilates to help her heal. Now Sarah enjoys helping her clients live more active lives with improved function and less pain. In addition to Pilates, Sarah holds Group Exercise certification from AFAA, and Personal Trainer certification from the American College of Sports Medicine. Sarah figure skates and does gymnastics in her free time.
