If you've ever wanted the perfect body movement class - something that is both a workout and a longevity plan (think of moving in a way that avoids injury, corrects existing imbalances, and makes you stronger than you've been without any excessive stiffness or pain) - Studio27 is the place for you.  As a lifelong gym/exercise person, it would have been hard to convince me years ago that something that simply helps your body flow more fluidly and effectively while using your own body weight to build strength and agility would work, I may have doubted it.  But this blend of Pilates, Yoga, dance, physical therapy and all things movement is wonderful.  I cannot say enough good things about it and I have never been stronger or more happy with the way my body moves!

Today's pop-up cardio virtual class was my first Studio27 Method class. It was very helpful that she demonstrated and talked us through the movements as she conducted the class. I appreciate the virtual option for classes. Although we are not able to meet in person, I feel that the virtual class was effective. I look forward to more classes with Lauren.

Today's semi private class was wonderful. How Lauren can look at your body and know what is necessary to help you move better, not be in pain, and just feel great altogether. It's not just what she teaches it how she talks you thru it. I can actually feel my breath going to those parts of my body and feel my body opening up and understanding what to do. I have been with Lauren from the beginning, and when I moved I could never find anyone who I could relate to as much as Lauren. I am so happy that she has gone to virtual classes, so Lauren can be my instructor again.
