Tara was introduced to the Stott Pilates® method while
studying dance as an undergraduate student at the University of
Michigan. Tara brings strong physicality, a keen eye and creative
spirit to her sessions. Tara enjoys running, spinning, rowing, and
other modalities like many of her clients. Therefore she is
passionate about the cross-training benefits of Pilates and helping
her clients achieve a deep understanding of the theory behind
Pilates, challenging even her most advanced clients to rediscover
the benefits of the fundamentals.
