My 13-year-old son had a great time. He'd been asking for Parkour classes for so long and we finally found Parkour Ways.  He said he definitely wants to take more classes and tell his friends to join as well. I watched everyone get  individual attention.

This is not my first time, I've been training with Kurt (the lead instructor) for about 2 years now. I can attest that I've seen much improvement is my ability to move through terrain and obstacles I would have never imagined I could overcome before. The training is very practical and useful, which means that it will help you should a situation arise where you need to be capable in order to help or survive (or have fun with the young ones). The training or classes are fun and creative, which include drills (repetitive movement), strengthening or conditioning and even mental games (figuring things out). Also, the people and atmosphere are very relaxed and comfortable. If you want to improve your physicality or "be strong to be useful" no matter the age or fitness level (I'm 44), I highly recommend checking a class.

I have been here a couple of times and yesterday's class was the most creative and exciting of all - though all classes are very creative and always help you use all your muscles and push your own boundaries with fun and good company! Highly recommended to everyone! Great exercise and outdoors-mixed-with-urban-feeling!

This location is perfect, rain or shine. Kurt the zen master is an excellent guide. He gives the right nuance at the right time... I have have thoroughly enjoyed progressing in his class over the past year.

I am just getting back to classes after some time away and I like the structure I am seeing.  Today's class, as they always have, had a great mix of people of all skill levels with warmth, friendship, support and celebration creating great camaraderie among the group.   The class began with the all important stretching/warm up, then some great/fun strength and mobility building quadrupedal movement, followed by various skill movements.  Toward the end of class we put it all together by starting at one end of a park and setting a target at the other end of the park with the rule that each of us had to get to our target via a straight line path as we could crossing over any obstacles (steps, walls, fences, trees, tables, boxes covering fountains, etc.) in our path.  This seems like something where we'll each get more creative as our training progresses and which will get us thinking about movement in different ways as we are out and about the city.  Great fun!

Kurt is a wonderful teacher. His devotion to this discipline is evident in his own practice, his educational approach with others, and in the way he operates his business. He's patient, inspiring, and gets the very best from his students. My 13 year old son has been going to his classes for about 4 years and has learned an amazing set of skills that he can enjoy just about anywhere!

I recently went to my first class (for free!) just to see what it was like. I have no experience with parkour and was very nervous, but everyone, the class and the instructor, was wonderfully welcoming! Regardless of skill level, this is a program and workout that is accessible to anyone. Highly recommended!

The class is great for anyone, regardless of skill level (beginner, returning after 3 years off, weekly trainer, etc.).  You are encouraged to challenge yourself, but never pushed to go beyond your level of comfort.  The instructor will offer feedback on how you can improve, as well as new ways to try things that you might not have thought of yourself.  Bring your own water, and be ready to move.

Awesome location. Felt very accessible for my first class, while I could also see the potentials of a much longer practice. I loved the instructor's quiet but knowledgeable and fun attitude. It made me feel comfortable and safe. The experience felt very authentic, and definitely inspired me to train more!
