I have had asthma for quite a few years but recently had difficulty in breathing and feeling heavy chest. It probably was because of my stress and I was feeling tense without  realizing it.
I visited CGI to find out about swimming class at first because many people said it was good for asthma patients, especially since I was feeling weak and not ready for active gym exercise. I found out about BNB and thought I would just try out and see if it could make my breathing easier.

I am now three weeks into BNB and visiting five days a week because my breathing has DEFINITELY improved and I am learning to concentrate on breathing and ease my tension. Tapping on danjun(just below belly button), breathing deeply, some basic stretching…
It sounds easy enough and maybe some people can do this at home but I doubt that I could have done this exercise at home for one hour everyday.
If you are healthy and active and need more muscle exercise, this is not for you. You might feel bored.
But even if you are healthy, when you feel tense on your neck and back (like me) and stressed out, I think this could be a great way to release your tension.
