Wonderful practice tonight with Erin. Erin’s practices are always fresh. She adds new poses to every practice to keep her participants engaged. Her directions and suggestions and offerings are always helpful. She has inspired me to take the yoga instructor’s course. I hope to be half as engaging as she is.
Kristina has been teaching fitness for 20 years and loves it! She has a degree in Kinesiology from Western and is a Registered Massage Therapist. Kristina is a Professor at Fleming College in Peterborough as well as the Coordinator of the Massage Therapy Program.
Kristina teaches MOSSA Fight and MOSSA Power at 5:45 am every weekday morning with as much energy as she can muster!
