I have been wanting to attend Yoga by Erin for a while and finally had my first class/practice. I highly recommend Erin. Her practice was just what I needed after a cold day and she is so personal and keeps everyone engaged. I have recommended to my friends.
Kristina has been teaching fitness for 20 years and loves it! She has a degree in Kinesiology from Western and is a Registered Massage Therapist. Kristina is a Professor at Fleming College in Peterborough as well as the Coordinator of the Massage Therapy Program.
Kristina teaches MOSSA Fight and MOSSA Power at 5:45 am every weekday morning with as much energy as she can muster!
