I first discovered Yoga as part of my recovery after a back injury. Living in Montreal I had a lot of options, Ashatanga style is where I felt most at ease. I worked with Goodlife fitness for five years, first as a personal trainer and small group training eventually teaching Yogafit for the last three years. Yogafit is based on a Hatha style like Ashtanga Yoga. Yogafit is designed with a warm-up, then a warrior flow, balance work and finishing with longer floor yoga stretches.
