Wonderful practice tonight with Erin. Erin’s practices are always fresh. She adds new poses to every practice to keep her participants engaged. Her directions and suggestions and offerings are always helpful. She has inspired me to take the yoga instructor’s course. I hope to be half as engaging as she is.
I first discovered Yoga as part of my recovery after a back injury. Living in Montreal I had a lot of options, Ashatanga style is where I felt most at ease. I worked with Goodlife fitness for five years, first as a personal trainer and small group training eventually teaching Yogafit for the last three years. Yogafit is based on a Hatha style like Ashtanga Yoga. Yogafit is designed with a warm-up, then a warrior flow, balance work and finishing with longer floor yoga stretches. Its practice is to marry your breath with your movement.t.
