Let me preface this by saying that I had NEVER had a kettlebell workout prior to today....and I absolutely LOVED it! The class size was small (which is SOOO hard to find in January), which meant we had a lot of 1 on 1 time. Nico took us through a much more detailed warm up than I've ever had before. I had shoulder problems plaguing me, and Nico picked some movements to work that shoulder out. I hadn't lifted in weeks, and I lifted today with no difficulty. I already canceled my other appointment just so I could sign up for Wednesday's class!
They also do Olympic weightlifting (side note). But our workout consisted of the amazing warm up (not even kidding), kettlebells and proper techniques, and circuit training. I was exhausted afterwards.
