Classes at Zen are amazing! Love the friendly and knowledgeable staff, welcoming environment, and feeling of wellbeing. Classes can be tailored to individual needs making each experience unique and right for the client. Feels good to have some “me time” and is often the highlight of my day.
Ashley began practicing yoga in her late teens as a way to increase mobility and reduce tightness and muscle spasms resulting from years of high impact athletics. In her twenties she began practicing Hot Fusion Flow yoga and fell in love with the combination of Vinyasa, Bikram, and Hatha styles. She received her 200 Hour certification in the style in 2020 and has since gained over 50 hours of teaching experience. Her yoga journey has evolved from her original desire for increased flexibility and has now transformed her outlook on life and respect for her body.
