Ada Undis is a Soul Centered Transformational Coach, specializing in food, body, and soul freedom. She is the creator of the FindYourHappy Method - an in-depth coaching method designed to help you get out of your own way and step into unconditional confidence, freedom, and happiness. Ada is passionate about transforming your relationship with food, your body, and yourself from the inside out - holding space for slowing down, rediscovering who you are, breaking down beliefs and embracing fears, doubts, and insecurities that might be blocking you from living out YOUR HAPPY. Ada holds a Master's degree in Exercise Science, is a certified Nutrition Coach and TriggerMapping Coach, and is in the process of becoming a certified Mastery Coach. Ada loves incorporating meditation, somatic practice, and emotional mastery in her coaching.
Outside of coaching, Ada loves animals (she has many pets including a hedgehog and chickens!), delicious food and coffee, being outside, traveling, paddleboarding, and just doing all the things. She is originally from Poland, loves watching horror movies, reading psychological thrillers, and is an avid Harry Potter fan.
