Reformer Body Sculpt  • 20.00

Sculpt your core and limbs through spring resistance and lots of repetitions. You will get a sweat from this fast paced challenging class. A small amount of core work is undertaken at the end of the class to round out the hour.  The class focuses on 2 upper and 2 lower major muscles groups to work in conjunction with your core to provide overload and exhaustion to those muscles groups.  Overload and exhaustion are two major training principles that are highly effective at defining your physique.
