Intense Reformer Training • 20.00

The total-body challenge! This class is full body workout for overall conditioning, cross-training using props such as medicine balls or resistance rings and to maintain a strong, injury resistant core. The exercises are faster paced to keep a challenge throughout by increasing the resistance used and reduced transition time.
