I have taken a variety of group classes at Body Dynamics over the past 3 years and would highly recommend this studio. I love yoga/ fusion with Amy and Deep Stretch and Mat Pilates with Peggy. They are true professionals who have a deep understanding of the human body and how we can feel better as we get older. Many of the women are 'Active Seniors" . The classes are no larger than 8 people. They are following all the protocols for fitness centers during this pandemic. Truly, you feel so much better when you walk out the door after on of their classes.
