Charlotte is a great motivator and brings real energy and excitement to her classes.   She has been involved in the fitness industry for 20+ years and is an avid athlete as well as former Powerlifting competitor.  Charlotte is certified in TRX Group Suspension Training and is an AFAA Primary Group Exercise Instructor.   She has a BS in Business Administration from UMUC.

Favorite Quiet Time: reading a good book. 

Mantra:  “I’m not trying to look perfect…I just want to feel better, look great, know I’m healthy, and be able to ROCK any outfit I choose.”
