I've been doing my workouts at home for the past 9+ months. Andrew and I “meet” by Zoom every Monday and that jump-starts my weekly routine. I'm averaging 4+ workouts a week. My programs are explicitly designed to help with issues I have with my hips and knees. And I've been able to maintain strength. If my programs weren't so tailored to my needs and if Andrew weren't so responsive and attentive I know I would not be able to keep this up. As it is, I look forward to our Zooms and then during the rest of the week I text after each workout I do on my own. I always get an encouraging text back and if I have any
