Terry's energy is uplifting and contagious. He fits the workout to any fitness level, keeps it fun and upbeat and believe me by the end you will be feeling it! Appealing to different levels can sometimes be tricky, however Terry does a great job connecting and checking in with all of his trainees.
I'm very much looking forward to continuing this class with Coach Terry.

A type of group exercise class that mixes traditional calisthenic and body weight exercises with interval training and strength training.
