This was a fun class! It was my first time in a spin class and the instructor was very helpful when it came to making sure the bike was set up to fit my body. It was a tough work out but it was also a fun one and the music made it more enjoyable.

Spinning offers an alternative type of training to those who want to get in shape. We feature 32 Race Trac stationary spin bikes. Spinning is great exercise especially for the lungs and legs, not to mention that it burns tremendous calories (up to 500 calories a class).
