JOLT class was better than I expected. The instructor pushed us to the max. Probably one of the harder circuit classes I have done. The staff was helpful and friendly.

This is a class that combines high intensity kickboxing with multifunctional circuit training including muscle, agility, power and core strengthening exercises. If you’re looking for a class that will work every muscle in your body, as well as give you a great cardio workout, then JOLT is for you.
Participants will be pushed to their limits throughout the entire class.
Muscle confusion is a key component of JOLT. But don’t exhaust your mental toughness on during the cross-training portion, because the kickboxing portion will give you run for your money! Boxing hand wraps required.
