Slideboard Boot Camp • $20.00

How about a boot camp class without the bullhorn. Come and have fun while sliding from side to side (in a pair of socks) working every muscle of your legs, primarily the hips, butt and inner thighs. The class is designed to accommodate beginners to advanced levels of fitness; teens to seniors are doing it!

Every class focuses on sliding and ends with a core workout.

Strength training (utilizing weights, body weight and or stable core pullies)

Mondays and Tuesdays (chest and triceps)

Wednesdays and Thursdays (back and biceps)

Fridays (a little of this and a little of that) various body parts

Special instructions

First time participants please arrive 15 minutes prior to the start time to sign slideboard and gym waivers.

If you have a pair of wool socks, please bring them along with a workout towel and water bottle.
