A 'tough' class that will deliver a great cardio workout plus strength training on the pole. We accommodate all levels of fitness, so don't be shy! Whatever your fitness goals are, whether it's to shed some extra pounds or to help build endurance for some of those challenging pole moves, this is the class for you!
MUST have attended an Intro class first before attending an Open Pole, Pole Core X or Pole Tough!
