I took a burlesque dance class from Joanna, and I haven't had that much fun in a long time! She was an amazing teacher and I had a blast with the other ladies! I felt very empowered after embracing my sensual feminine side! Enjoyed her as a teacher so much, I signed up for a lyra series with her! Highly recommend this place to get out of your fitness rut!

I went to the intro to pole class with my daughter, who has been taking a few classes. This is a really neat form of exercise, I had never tried it before. Kim is a great teacher and the studio is great. I had a really fun time and worked some muscles I didn't even know I had. Thanks!

I went to an intro pole dancing class. It was a lot of fun even if the only other guy in class was the one who came with me. I can see why pole dancing is getting more and more popular.
