Fresh Camp • $20.00

FRESH camp workouts are efficient; you work your entire body– heart and muscles– going from one exercise to another with little rest. These workouts incorporate calisthenics like pushups, jumping jacks, crunches, and other exercises that utilize our body weight. In FRESH camp, your challenge is to take your body to its limits. You work, sweat, and burn calories like crazy. FRESH camp workouts are efficient and fun; work your whole body in a short period of time!
