I love this place! They are all about teaching you the right way to do it and the smaller environment makes it feel so welcoming ! It’s not loud with crazy lights! It’s a cool laid back place!
Danielle has a particular passion for Pilates and values its principals and how they can be incorporated into peoples lives as well as any fitness activity or sport. She enjoys implementing this training into all of her group fitness classes as well as her individual client sessions. Her clients encompass all ages and abilities, including those challenged by injuries or permanent disabilities such as scoliosis and spinal fusions to the elite athlete looking for continued strength. Her guiding philosophy of balance in all things is something she aspires to in her personal and professional life as well as encourage in her clients.
Danielle lives in Plano with her husband and two sons, and when she finds the time, loves to walk her dog, read historical fiction, swim, cycle, volunteer and travel. She is also an accomplished runner, and has competed in everything from 5Ks and marathons to sprint-distance triathlons.
