Weeks 2 of our 6 week challenge. I am so glad I saw this on Facebook and signed up . I really needed a kick in the you know what! Love the location, facility and staff! I won't lie it is hard but so worth it!

This exercise class will use your own body weight for resistance. It will sculpt, strengthen and elongate all of your major muscle groups, great for toning the arms, abs, legs, and butt. May include work with dumb bells and exercise tubing. Perfect for all fitness levels.
Stability Ball Class. Improve strength, balance, and core, utilizing the fit ball. Warm-up, cool-down, and strength work done on the ball. All levels.
