Weeks 2 of our 6 week challenge. I am so glad I saw this on Facebook and signed up . I really needed a kick in the you know what! Love the location, facility and staff! I won't lie it is hard but so worth it!
This class will explore asana (poses) including standing, seated, twists, backbends, and the fundamentals of sun salutations. Class also incorporates yogic breathing, meditation, and relaxation techniques. This class will guide you towards complete wellness, flexibility, strength, and balance. All levels.
