A great fitness center. I really enjoyed the classes and the Masters Challenge gave me the discipline to get my fitness journey started. My instructors (William, Michelle and Kim) are awesome and I’m very happy with the results after just 6 weeks. Many thanks to Elizabeth for offering this program, keeping in touch and monitoring the results. Highly recommend!
This class will explore asana (poses) including standing, seated, twists, backbends, and the fundamentals of sun salutations. Class also incorporates yogic breathing, meditation, and relaxation techniques. This class will guide you towards complete wellness, flexibility, strength, and balance. All levels.
