Erica dose a great job of keeping classes fresh and exciting. I have enjoyed working out with her over the years. I find the zoom experience amazing as I get the feedback I need about my technique, but still just have to spend a couple of min. getting ready for my workout every morning. This holiday season she is even updating our classes keeping in mind how we all enjoy the holidays. Giving us a bit more cardio to bur those extra holiday calories.
