Great staff and great classes. Very accommodating to your ability level ( or rehab level)! Location and parking are easy to get to. I’d highly recommend this to my friends.
Debbie is a Colorado native who began Pilates as a client in 2009 after many years of chronic pain and orthopedic surgeries. She was headed down the path of long-term disability. Fortunately, amazing physical therapy, Ayurvedic medicine and Pilates rehab gave her a deeper understanding into the body/mind experience and the healing she needed.
She spent 7 years as the director of a Physical Therapy/Pilates Center in Colorado. In 2017, she completed her Pilates training with Balanced Body Education and earned her national Pilates teaching certification (NCPT).
Debbie believes life experiences show up in personal movement patterns - our body “tells our story”. She sees Pilates as an access point that allows us to shift, change, or improve that “story” - physically, mentally and emotionally.
Debbie strives to help clients find their own mindful body awareness so they can intentionally shift their thought and movement patterns in order to experience increased physical ease, optimal well-being and a more authentic expression of self.
