BODY BALANCE is a new style of class for anyone and everyone. Combining Yoga, Tai Chi and Pilates, Body Balance uses a range of movements and motion set to music. Aiming to strengthen, stretch and improve your mind, body and life.
This class will run in 30 minute and 60 minute formats.
Please bring a towel and water bottle to class, we provide yoga mats, but you are welcome to bring your own.
