Love the WOD class! It's a great challenge and the instructors are able to adjust to accommodate any limitations while still keeping the intensity. The gym is super clean, nice and wide open with lots of natural light which is nice!
Stacie is our Bootcamp Class extraordinaire at the Hub.
She is passionate about helping others and creating a fun and
inclusive environment where everyone can get a great workout, have
some laughs, and relieve a little stress.
From an early age Stacie was involved in a variety of sports,
including figure skating, dance, gymnastics, swimming, soccer, and
track and field. Fitness has always been a big part of her
life and today she competes all over North America in Spartan Race
events. She has experience working with youth athletes,
adults of all ages and abilities, and also individuals with special
needs. Stacie is happy to share her own journey with weight
loss, fitness, and increased sports performance, as well as her
favorite workouts and tips and tricks... so if you see her at the
gym say hello!
