This is a serious work out that doesn't take itself too seriously. Holly does a great job of keeping everyone in class motivated while also keeping a relaxed atmosphere. Working out in beautiful Overton Park so early in the morning is also a great way to start your day. The ladies in the class were all so funny and enthusiastic. I would definitely recommend it!

Boot Camp • $20.00

This class is for all fitness levels, gender and adults. By doing your workout first thing in the morning, you are much less likely to skip it. You'll enjoy the results you'll see by attending a consistent workout. We do cardio, weights and stretching. We have a great time and we all love adapting to the outdoor element.. whatever it may be. 

Special instructions

We meet at Veteran's Plaza (if it's raining, we meet underneath the overhang at Memphis College of Art). Bring a mat, dumbbells and water.
