Katt was an awesome instructor. It was my first time ever doing a fitness class and she made me feel very welcomed! She encourages you and pushes you to keep going when you start to feel “the burn!”
In my former life I was a Credit & Collections Manger for 15+ years. I worked out several times a week, doing step aerobics, spinning and pilates. This really helped me to deal with lifes stresses. But I never really felt complete or grounded until life dealt me an unexpected, yet surprisingly rewarding hand. Once the economy took a turn, I decided to start something new by doing what brought me relief, and made me feel good about myself...FITNESS. I took a leap of faith and started Shaped Bodies Fitness. Now I enjoy instructing extreme fitness and helping others reach their fitness goals. I've been fortunate enough to be able to start several boot camp classes in the Houston and surrounding areas for clients to choose from. I am determined to reach my goals through my clients fitness successes.
Shaped Bodies Fitness is my passion and I am excited to work with each and every one of you.
Katherine is Certified through IFA International Fitness Association in Group Fitness and Personal Trainer. She is also CPR, First Aid and AED Certified.
